Elevate Fitness has a range of different classes operating throughout the week. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early for your first class so that you can meet your trainer and let them know of any injuries or special needs before your session.
There are gloves supplied for each class but for your own comfort we recommend that you bring your own gloves or purchase some when you arrive at Elevate Fitness.
Classes are $12 per session.

Youth Class
Building boxing skills and adapting the body to cardiovascular improvement. We encourage any Dads, Uncles, brothers etc to jump in and train together in an encouraging environment.
Mens Boxing Class
Building boxing skills and technique. This class is open to all men and is a great foundation for those who would like to take up the Fight Like a Pro challenge or step into amateur boxing.
Womens Boxing Circuit
Experience a 45 minute action packed boxing circuit workout designed just for women. Fast paced, challenging and empowering. This workout appeals to all levels of fitness in a friendly non-intimidating, exciting environment.
Mixed strength and Conditioning
Develope and execute the appropriate strength and conditioning training regime for your chosen sport, including baseline and ongoing testing.
Mens Boxing Beginners
This class focuses on the foundation of boxing skills while improving cardio fitness. This class is open to everyone wanting to improve technique or just have a cardio workout.
