"Nothing tastes as good as being healthy feels". I am passionate about individual needs and 'personal' training. I believe my biggest strength as a trainer is that my goal is the same as yours...being comfortable in your own skin! People of all ages and sizes train with me because I genuinely care and want you to be happy with you. Realistic goals and measurable results are my speciality.
At 22 years old I weighted in at over 115kgs and knew sometime had to give. After encouragement I started training with Gavin from Elevate Fitness and over 3 years turned my life around. I have to date lost just over 50KGS!!! I cant explain how that feels...except to say I'm sure its similar to winning lotto.
After losing 20 or so kg Gavin encouraged me to become a personal training and share others journeys. I have now been a personal trainer for 4 years and am enjoying my career in fitness more that ever before.
I am qualified in all areas of personal training and am passionate about creating an environment where people can make a lifestyle change!

“There is no finish line.”
Health, Fitness and Wellbeing are a continuum of life. I worked for many years in a Multinational Manufacturing organisation as a Risk Manager and a Behavioural Change Manager until I let myself down with physical and mental illness.
Around 12 years ago as part of my recuperation I commenced training and competing in Triathlons, Adventure races and Cross country and continue still. I attended University of Ballarat where as part of a 12 month program associated with sport I completed my Certificate III & IV, Sports Massage, Sports First Aid, Functional Exercising for Seniors I then studied Strength and Conditioning, Sports Injury Rehabilitation, Sports Nutrition, Exercise Program design and Tai Chi in Melbourne.
I have worked for various Fitness Organisations, Community Health Centres and for seven years as the principle Fitness Coach, principle Sports First Aid and Post Sports Injury Rehabilitation Trainer for amateur AFL clubs.
From my lifes journey I firmly believe that Health, Fitness and Wellbeing are an integral part of our everyday life and that we all are capable of enjoying that journey.
